What It Is

KPV is a tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Available in our BPC-157 combination vials.

How It Works

It directly suppresses the NF-kB inflammatory pathway, one of the master regulators of inflammation. This provides potent immune modulation without immunosuppression.

Who It's For

Those with inflammatory conditions who are already using BPC-157 stacks. See our BPC-157/TB-500/KPV combo under Recovery & Repair.

Who Should Avoid It

Available via BPC combo formulations. Discuss with provider.

Common questions about KPV (in BPC Combos)

What is KPV?
KPV (lysine-proline-valine) is a tripeptide derived from the C-terminus of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). It is one of the smallest known anti-inflammatory peptides. KPV downregulates NF-kB signaling, reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-6), and is studied for inflammatory bowel disease, chronic gut inflammation, mast cell activation, and skin inflammation.
What is in the KPV combo formulation?
The KPV combo is a single subcutaneous injectable that pairs KPV with one or more complementary peptides (BPC-157 for gut healing, GHK-Cu for tissue repair, or both, depending on the protocol). The combo lets one injection address inflammation plus tissue regeneration, common pairing for chronic gut and chronic inflammatory protocols.
How is KPV dosed?
Common subcutaneous KPV protocols deliver 200 to 500 mcg per dose once daily. The combo formulation includes complementary peptide doses set by your provider on the protocol sheet. Most protocols run 4 to 8 weeks at a time with breaks. Optimal Balance Pharmacy compounds the combo against PeptideRx prescriptions.
Where do I inject KPV?
Subcutaneously into the abdomen, upper outer thigh, or back of the upper arm using a 31-gauge, 5/16-inch (8 mm) needle on a U-100 insulin syringe. Sterile syringes are included with every PeptideRx shipment. Rotate sites between injections.
How is the KPV combo supplied?
Compounded by Optimal Balance Pharmacy under a 503A patient-specific prescription. Ships pre-reconstituted and ready to inject in cold-chain packaging. Every batch is tested by Eagle Analytical Services for sterility and bacterial endotoxin; the Certificate of Analysis is published on this product page.
