Important. This policy describes the refund and cancellation rules for the RxPepsDirect telehealth visit fee only. RxPepsDirect does not sell, dispense, ship, or collect payment for medications. Medication payment, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and any pharmacy refund questions are handled separately by Optimal Balance Pharmacy under the pharmacy’s own policies.

1. Telehealth Visit Fee

RxPepsDirect charges a one-time $39 telehealth visit fee per order. This fee covers the medical intake workflow, licensed provider review, script writing when clinically appropriate, and non-clinical coordination of prescription transmission to the pharmacy.

The $39 fee is not a medication payment. It does not include medication cost, pharmacy dispensing fees, pharmacy shipping fees, or any pharmacy-related charges.

2. Cancellation Before Provider Review

A patient may request cancellation before the licensed provider begins reviewing the intake. If the request is received before provider review has started, RxPepsDirect may approve a refund of the $39 visit fee.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through RxPepsDirect customer support, the patient dashboard, or the contact method listed on the website.

3. Nonrefundable After Provider Review Begins

Once a licensed provider begins reviewing the patient’s intake, the $39 telehealth visit fee becomes nonrefundable because the medical review service has started.

The fee remains nonrefundable even if the provider denies the requested prescription, modifies the request, asks for more information, or determines that the requested therapy is not clinically appropriate.

4. Provider Denial or Prescription Changes

Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Licensed providers retain full clinical discretion to approve, deny, modify, or request additional information before issuing any prescription.

If a provider does not issue a prescription, the patient will not be required to purchase medication from the pharmacy, and no medication will be dispensed through the RxPepsDirect workflow.

5. Medication Orders and Pharmacy Refunds

If a prescription is approved, Optimal Balance Pharmacy may contact the patient separately to collect payment for medication and pharmacy-related charges.

RxPepsDirect cannot refund amounts paid directly to Optimal Balance Pharmacy. Questions about medication payments, shipping, dispensing, returns, or pharmacy refunds must be directed to Optimal Balance Pharmacy.

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except as required by law or permitted under the pharmacy’s policy.

6. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If a patient believes they were charged in error or charged more than once for the same telehealth visit, they should contact RxPepsDirect customer support for review.

Approved refunds for billing errors will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor and the patient’s bank.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Patients are encouraged to contact RxPepsDirect before filing a payment dispute so the company can review the concern and attempt to resolve it directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may delay account review, future visits, or related support while the dispute is being investigated.
