Do I need a medical license to run a branded peptide program?
No. Licensed providers review every client and make every prescribing decision. You never recommend a medication or a dose, and you never see health records.
Whose name is on the storefront?
Yours. The storefront, the checkout and the client emails carry your brand, your logo and your colors, on your own domain if you want one.
Who sets the price, and how do I make money?
You set the retail price for every program. We charge you a flat provider visit fee and the medication at pharmacy cost, shipping included. The difference between your price and our costs is yours to keep.
How do I pay for visits and medication?
You keep a prepaid balance with us. Visits and medication draw from it as your clients order, and you get a statement every week. There is also a monthly platform fee. We go through every fee on the intro call before you sign.
Who handles billing and customer service?
You do. Your clients pay you, and questions about their account, payments, scheduling or refunds come to you. Medical questions go to the provider through the client portal.
Do I need to buy or stock any medication?
No. Every prescription is written for one client after their own screening. The pharmacy compounds it and ships it straight to that client. There is nothing to buy wholesale, store or resell.
Which states can my clients be in?
Our providers and pharmacy cover 28 states today. We confirm the states for your storefront on the intro call, and clients outside them cannot complete a screening.
What can I say in my marketing?
Talk about the process, your pricing and your own experience. Do not promise results, give dosing advice, or describe compounded peptides as FDA approved. We review your launch copy with you.
