Overview

PeptideRx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for peptide prescription services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must reside in one of our 32 licensed states
• You must provide accurate health information during intake

Services

PeptideRx provides a platform for telehealth consultations. All prescriptions are written by independently licensed nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Medications are dispensed by Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy.

Membership & Billing

Membership fees cover the prescription service (provider consultations, script writing, and renewals). Pharmacy costs are separate and paid directly to Optimal Balance Pharmacy at wholesale pricing.

Prescription Decisions

Prescription approval is at the sole discretion of the reviewing provider. PeptideRx does not guarantee that any specific medication will be prescribed.

Compounded Medications

All peptides dispensed through this platform are compounded medications prepared by a 503A-licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results may vary.

Limitation of Liability

PeptideRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications. We facilitate connections between patients and licensed providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for membership services.
