RxPepsDirect collects personal information necessary to provide telehealth prescription services, including:

  • Name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and shipping address
  • Health information provided during the intake questionnaire (medical history, medications, allergies)
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe

How We Use Your Information

  • To facilitate telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers
  • To process and fulfill prescription orders through Optimal Balance Pharmacy
  • To communicate about your prescriptions, orders, and account
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

How We Protect Your Information

All personal and health information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and maintain strict access controls. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

When you visit rxpepsdirect.com we, and advertising partners acting on our behalf, collect data about your visit using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. By continuing to use the site you acknowledge this collection.

We use this data to:

  • Keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart and your sign-in session)
  • Measure how the site performs and which pages people visit (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager)
  • Show you RxPepsDirect ads on other platforms after you visit, and measure whether those ads led to an order (Google, Reddit, and any other advertising partner we work with)

What we collect for these purposes:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location
  • Pages viewed, products viewed or added to your cart, and whether an order was completed
  • Identifiers set by our advertising partners in cookies on your browser, and ad click identifiers in the links you arrive on

What we do not share with advertising partners: your intake answers, medical history, prescriptions, messages with your provider, or anything else that would tell an advertiser what you were treated for. Advertising events describe the visit and the order value, not your health information.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and similar state laws you have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of your data for that purpose. You can do that here:

Opting out turns off advertising pixels on this browser and stops us from sending advertising events about you to our partners. We will still keep the cookies the site needs to function and first-party analytics. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings, and through your partner ad settings at Google, Reddit, and the Network Advertising Initiative. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out where required by law.
