Medication is billed separately by Optimal Balance Pharmacy at wholesale cost. Most orders: $25 to $200 depending on what you order, plus a $15 flat FedEx overnight shipping fee charged by the pharmacy. That $15 covers the whole order, whether it is one peptide or three.

- The $39 is per order, not per peptide. When you reorder, that is a new order with its own $39 visit fee and provider review.

Why $39?+
It covers a real provider reviewing your intake and writing your script. That is the only part we charge for. We do not mark up your medication.
Why a 3-peptide cap per order?+
3 different peptides covers virtually every protocol: a single peptide, GLP-1 plus an anti-nausea adjunct, classic recovery and anti-aging stacks. The cap counts different peptides, not quantity: each peptide you add is a single supply. If you need more, place a second order.
Is there a subscription I need to manage?+
No membership. Automatic refills are optional. By default every order is independent and you only pay when you order. If you opt in to automatic refills, each refill is timed to your supply, carries the same $39 visit fee and provider review, and you can turn them off any time from your dashboard.
How does pharmacy pricing work?+
Optimal Balance Pharmacy is a Texas 503A compounding pharmacy. They quote you their wholesale price directly, the same price they would charge a clinic. We do not see that money or take a cut.
What if I need a refill?+
Place a new order whenever you need more, or opt in to automatic refills timed to your supply. Either way, provider review on a refill is fast since your record is already on file.
Are these compounded medications FDA-approved?+
Compounded peptides are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved drug products. They are legal under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act when prescribed for an individual patient.
