SLU-PP-332 activates ERR-gamma to drive exercise-mimetic gene expression; BAM-15 is a mitochondrial protonophore (uncoupler) that increases energy expenditure by dissipating the proton gradient as heat.

What It Is
An oral capsule that combined 100mcg SLU-PP-332 with 15mg BAM-15. We retired it when the Saint Louis University group that developed SLU-PP-332 reported the molecule is not orally bioavailable. so we retired this capsule.
How It Works
BAM-15 raises energy expenditure by uncoupling mitochondrial respiration. SLU-PP-332 was meant to add the exercise-mimetic half, triggering the gene adaptations muscle makes during training, but the published animal work that showed those adaptations used injection, and the same lab reports the oral route does not deliver the compound.
