Marcus Hansen

Marcus Hansen is the founder and CEO of RxPepsDirect, the brand operated by Peptide RX LLC. He built the company in 2026 with a simple goal: make pharmaceutical-grade compounded peptides available with real medical oversight, at the pharmacy wholesale price, with no concierge markup attached.

Marcus previously spent over a decade as CEO of The Drug Rehab Agency, a consulting and marketing firm that worked with some of the largest addiction treatment centers in the United States. After selling that business, he turned to operating telehealth companies directly. He founded Recovery Delivered pre-COVID after seeing what telemedicine could do to lower costs for businesses and pass those savings to consumers; Recovery Delivered now provides nationwide access to DEA-licensed providers prescribing Suboxone for Opioid Use Disorder and treats more than 3,500 patients every month. He also launched Cost Plus TRT, a low-cost testosterone replacement therapy service for men. RxPepsDirect followed in 2026 as the third telehealth brand in the portfolio.

The origin of RxPepsDirect is personal. As a peptide user himself, Marcus saw two problems with the existing market: research-grade peptides came with no medical oversight, and legitimate clinical access came with concierge-clinic pricing that priced most patients out. RxPepsDirect is his attempt to build the middle path. Patients pay a flat $39 visit fee for a licensed NP or PA to write the script, then pay Optimal Balance Pharmacy directly at wholesale for the medication.

Marcus vetted multiple 503A compounding pharmacies before partnering with Optimal Balance. He chose them because their leadership team is run by a fellow biohacker who treats purity, quality control, and price the same way the patients do. The two companies operate as separate entities with a long-term supply relationship.
