What It Is

The 'Wolverine Stack' combines all four recovery peptides in one vial: BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu for the most comprehensive healing protocol available.

How It Works

Each peptide targets a different aspect of healing: tissue repair, systemic recovery, inflammation control, and copper-mediated regeneration and remodeling.

Who It's For

Those seeking maximum healing support. Post-surgical patients. Athletes with significant recovery needs. Those dealing with multiple injury sites.

Who Should Avoid It

Same as component peptides. Provider monitoring recommended.

Common questions about Wolverine Stack (BPC-157/TB-500/KPV/GHK-Cu)

What is the Wolverine Stack?
The Wolverine Stack is a single compounded injectable that combines four healing peptides: BPC-157 (gastric peptide associated with tissue repair), TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment associated with cell migration and angiogenesis), KPV (anti-inflammatory tripeptide), and GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide associated with collagen synthesis and tissue remodeling). It is the most comprehensive single-injection recovery formulation we offer. The name references the comic-book character known for accelerated healing, which is widely used informally for these stacks.
Why all four peptides together?
Each peptide hits a different mechanism in the healing cascade: BPC-157 (growth-factor signaling), TB-500 (cell migration), KPV (anti-inflammatory tone), and GHK-Cu (collagen and elastin synthesis). The stack is intended for serious, hard-to-heal injuries (chronic tendinopathy, post-surgical recovery, multi-tissue trauma) where a single peptide may not address every dimension of repair. Stacks like this are inherently more expensive to compound; the Wolverine Stack is one of our higher-end formulations.
How is the Wolverine Stack dosed?
Common protocols deliver one full daily dose subcutaneously for 2 to 4 weeks of intensive healing, then taper to 2 to 3 doses per week for maintenance. Per-peptide doses within the stack approximate the standard mono-protocol amounts (BPC-157 250-500 mcg, TB-500 2-5 mg, KPV 200-500 mcg, GHK-Cu 1-3 mg) but vary by vial concentration. Your provider sets the protocol based on the injury and goals.
How long should I run the Wolverine Stack?
Most protocols run 4 to 8 weeks at a time with breaks between courses. Continuous long-term daily use is generally not recommended because the cumulative GHK-Cu copper exposure and the inflammatory-modulation effects are best given as episodic rather than perpetual interventions. Your provider sets the cycle length and break schedule.
How is the Wolverine Stack supplied?
Compounded by Optimal Balance Pharmacy under a 503A patient-specific prescription. Ships pre-reconstituted and ready to inject in cold-chain packaging. Every batch is tested by Eagle Analytical Services for sterility and bacterial endotoxin; the Certificate of Analysis is published on this product page.
