Where does this data come from?

It comes from every paid order placed through Rx Peps Direct between May 13 and November 6, 2026: 4,099 orders from 2,209 patients. Every order went through a $39 medical review by a licensed provider before anything went to the pharmacy.

CountedEvery paid order, whether the provider approved it, was still reviewing it, or did not approve it. Refills count as new orders.
RemovedTest accounts and checkouts that were never paid.
PatientsMatched by email address. A person who used two email addresses counts twice.
Men and womenThe biological sex the patient entered at intake: 1,278 men and 930 women.
ProductsGrouped across dose and form. Tirzepatide/B12, tirzepatide microdose and tirzepatide with B6 and glycine all count as tirzepatide. NAD+ injection and nasal spray count as NAD+. High-dose versions count with their base product.
Cart contentsWhat the patient checked out with. A few items a provider later declined are still counted.

These numbers describe Rx Peps Direct patients. They are not a national estimate of peptide use.

Tirzepatide, by a wide margin. These are the ten products the most patients have ordered at least once.

Three of the top six contain BPC-157: KLOW, the Wolverine stack and BPC-157 on its own. Tirzepatide is also the most common first order: 468 patients started with it.

Which peptides are ordered together most often?

KLOW with tirzepatide (97 orders) and KLOW with NAD+ (96 orders). KLOW appears in four of the five most common pairs.

PairOrders with both
KLOW + tirzepatide97
KLOW + NAD+96
KLOW + CJC-1295/Ipamorelin87
NAD+ + tirzepatide72

MOTS-C + NAD+54
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin + MOTS-C45
KLOW + Lean Stack45
MOTS-C + SS-3145

Stacking is normal here. 49% of orders hold two or more products, and 26% hold three or more. One $39 medical review covers up to three products, and more orders use all three (1,082) than stop at two (935). Our guide to how many peptides you can stack covers how providers think about combinations.

The most common three-product orders are CJC-1295/Ipamorelin + KLOW + tirzepatide (13 orders), KLOW + NAD+ + tirzepatide (13), CJC-1295/Ipamorelin + KLOW + MOTS-C (11) and MOTS-C + NAD+ + SS-31 (11).

What do people order with tirzepatide?

Usually nothing. 56% of the 991 orders that included tirzepatide had no other product in them. When patients do add something, KLOW and NAD+ lead.

Across all their orders, 20% of tirzepatide patients have also ordered KLOW and 15% have ordered NAD+. Glutathione is the one product tirzepatide patients order noticeably more often than everyone else: 7.2% of them, against 4.9% of other patients.

Tirzepatide patients are 59% women, so compare this table with the men and women split below before reading too much into any one line. For the medication itself, see compounded tirzepatide vs Mounjaro vs Zepbound.

Do men and women order different peptides?

Yes. Women's orders center on tirzepatide, NAD+ and GHK-Cu. Men's orders center on BPC-157, TB-500 and the growth-hormone-releasing peptides.

The biggest gaps:

  • Women order semaglutide at 3.1 times the men's rate, injectable GHK-Cu at 2.6 times and tirzepatide at 2.0 times.
  • Men order tesamorelin at 3.4 times the women's rate, the Wolverine stack at 3.0 times and CJC-1295/Ipamorelin at 2.4 times.
  • KLOW is the one top product ordered at almost the same rate by both (19% of men, 21% of women).

Men spend a little more per order: an average of $175 in pharmacy pricing against $154 for women. Men and women place about the same number of orders each: 1.88 per man and 1.82 per woman. More on each group in peptides for women and peptides for men.
